Stress, Trauma, and Maladaptive Consequences; Adaptiveness and Fulfilment

Challenges of life can lead to human fulfilment or suffering. Eight survival strategies and their adaptive and maladaptive biological, psychological and social aspects radiate three dimensionally providing a framework for the great variety of fulfilment and suffering manifestations. This wholist framework or perspective makes sense of joys and sufferings from physiological responses to existential meanings and purpose, from an individual at a point in his or her life, to nations across generations. I explore the wholist perspective in this section, especially in my last two books. They are summarised in the 2004 series of workshops.
